What you get back
Evidence, not engagement
The administrator report answers one question: is this improving how students think while using AI? Not how many minutes they spent, not how many messages they sent.
- Pre/post growth per competency, per class and per school, on the same four-level rubric.
- AI deference rate — how often students accepted the first AI recommendation without meaningful challenge. This should fall over a pilot.
- Human override quality — when a student rejects AI advice, can they say why.
- Student work samples you can put in front of a board.
Privacy and safety
Designed for a district review
- Students can be rostered by school-assigned identifier. No student email address is required to run the program.
- Student learning data is never used for marketing and never leaves the school’s data set for advertising of any kind.
- Students never talk to an unrestricted general-purpose chatbot. Every AI interaction runs inside a scoped mission with age-appropriate behavior.
- Every interaction is retained as evidence a teacher can review, and is deletable on request at the class, school, or student level.
- Student work is not used to train models.

Start with two schools and one grade
The recommended shape is 4–8 teachers, 150–300 students, mostly 7th grade, over six to eight weeks. Small enough to run without a procurement cycle. Large enough that the results mean something.
